Fiqh
Topic: Salah (Prayer)
Taught by: Shaykh Ahmed Rabbani

"Whomsoever Allah wishes to show goodness, he gives him understanding of the Religion" (Bukhari & Muslim). While the basis of our understanding of Islam is based on belief, it is a necessity upon us, as Muslims, to delve into the fiqh, or jurisprudence, of the way we go about living our lives. Fiqh is the eyesight through which we can appreciate the light of the Quran and Sunnah. This second session of the EverlastingKnowledge Fiqh Series, Fiqh 2: Prayer, seeks to clarify concepts and educate students on the details of Salah and everything associated with it. The importance of prayer is conveyed constantly in the Quran and is stressed by the Prophet Muhammad (S): “Know that among your duties, prayer is foremost.”
